Mission: To improve health in collaboration with individuals and communities, through innovative solutions and trust building.

The founders of Access Health were passionate about access to health care, with quality results. Founded in September of 1999, the stakeholders of our company built a model that provided affordable health care and continuous health improvement to low income, uninsured individuals.

The model balanced partnerships between consumers, doctors, health systems, businesses, health advocacy groups, and civic organizations (passionate people improving our neighborhoods and community).

Access Health implemented its community multi-share model of care integration and shared risks by 1999, preceding the Affordable Care Act.

Our model and practices have continued to evolve over time with each lesson learned with experience as well as the dynamic legislation changes in our healthcare world.

We provide creative/innovative health and coverage solutions that drive affordable, high quality, excellent patient care experiences that lead to optimal health.

Health Coverage Plan
Our Access C3 Health Plan provides a coverage option for Muskegon area workers who don’t qualify for Medicaid but can’t afford traditional medical insurance.

Community Health Support
We offer support and assistance for various grassroots initiatives and programs to support the health of the Muskegon community. Our community programs address Social Determinants of Health, which are the many underlying factors in a person’s life that have a direct affect on their overall health and wellbeing.
