Volunteer: Library VolunteerMuskegon Heights Public School Academy, along with the Coalition of Community Development, are in need of several volunteers to serve in the libraries at King and Edgewood Elementary Schools. Volunteers will be reading stories, helping children choose and check out books and teaching library etiquette. Times for volunteer needs vary per school. They are as follows: King School: Tuesday- 9:00 - 11:15 Tuesday - 12:00 - 2:50 Thursday - 9:00 - 12:00 Edgewood School: Tuesday - 12:15 to 3:25 Wednesday - 12:15 to 3:25 All locations are wheelchair accessible and have disability parking available. Volunteers will also help maintain the gardens when students are unavailable. Times volunteers will be needed vary between the schools and are generally in half hour blocks, or a two hour shift will see four classes.
