Volunteer: Muskegon County Bicycling Coalition - Bike Repair DaysThe Muskegon County Bicycling Coalition frequently receives donations of new, lightly used, or heavily used bikes. The bikes are provided to the Bike Library at the Muskegon Area District Library - Muskegon Heights Branch as well as to individuals who reach out to the organization and show need. However, in order to provide these bikes, repairs are often needed. THAT'S WHERE HELP IS NEEDED. Typically, on the third Saturday of the month, the MCBC leads volunteer bike repair days. Tools and materials provided (and guidance!). All volunteers are welcome - it doesn’t matter how skilled you are at fixing bikes, there will be something where help is needed. The Bike Repair days are located the MCBC's "Clubhouse" at Moon Elementary. Simply come to the southern most entrance on the west side of the building. Someone will be there to let you into the building. This event is regularly scheduled on the third Saturday of the month at 10 am.
