About: Lake Hawks’ mission of being one of the leaders in Muskegon County has been exemplified in its consistency and duration. Where some organizations started out with great intentions but for some reason or another, they are no longer active. That is not the case with Lake Hawks in Flight Foundation Inc. Since our inception we have helped renovate parks, worked with students to upgrade high school field by providing hands on skills, such as electrical work, landscaping, woodwork and flooring.  With that same energy and belief in our community it pushed us to build a new house in Muskegon Heights, the first in 17 years with students from Muskegon Career Tech program.  We pride ourselves in finding new innovative ways to work with multiple organizations and fill in the gaps, whether it is education, career based, family struggles, affordable housing or community driven concerns.

About: The Milwaukee Clipper Preservation Inc is a National Historical Museum and Community/Neighborhood Development nonprofit dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the SS Milwaukee Clipper. The Clipper is a 1904 steamship rebuilt in 1941 for use between Milwaukee and Muskegon serving as the flagship for Muskegon for over 30 years. The Clipper returned in 1997 to Muskegon and has been in the process of restoration with an amazing all volunteer force. We need help preserving Muskegon flagship for generations to come. From spring cleaning to painting and welding, we need the community to help us preserve this legend.

About: The USS Silversides Submarine Museum serves over 30,000 visitors annually with a mission to honor military service, preserve military history, and educate the public about both past and present military technology. Through engaging exhibits, immersive experiences, and hands-on educational programs, the museum brings history to life while paying tribute to the men and women who have served. Located on Muskegon's waterfront, the museum is home to the historic WWII submarine USS Silversides, offering a powerful platform to remember, reflect, and learn.
