Join AgeWell Services for a fun night at the Muskegon Lumberjacks game! We’re looking for volunteers to represent AgeWell as arena ushers during the Lumberjacks’ matchup against the Sioux Falls team.
What will volunteers do?
Volunteers will be stationed at the top of the arena’s seating sections. During play, ushers will ask fans to wait at the top of the stairs and then open the stairs for them to enter or exit once play on the ice has stopped. This is an important part of creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Keeping fans off the stairs while the puck is in play helps prevent fans from being hit by a flying puck and ensures that movement in the aisles doesn’t interfere with other fans’ viewing experience.
In exchange for our volunteers’ support, the Lumberjacks will provide AgeWell with an opportunity to collect donations and conduct outreach during the game, as well as make a donation to AgeWell Services.

No hockey experience is necessary—just a friendly attitude and a willingness to help keep fans safe!
