Our Set Up Team is the behind-the-scenes crew that transforms the park into an exciting event space for the community. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and seeing your hard work turn into something special, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Help With:
- Unload event supplies from the trailer parked on Fourth Street
- Set up tables throughout the park using the provided site map
- Place trash and recycling bins in key locations
- Help make sure the park is guest-ready before gates open
- Close the fence before the 5:00 PM start of the party
Volunteer Details:
- Arrival Time: 1:00 PM
- Best For: Team players, movers, organizers, and anyone who likes getting things done
- Activity Level: Moderate to active (lifting, walking, setting items in place)
Why It Matters:
Before the first guest arrives, you’ll help create the space where neighbors gather, families connect, and summer memories are made. You are the reason the party can happen.
