Description

Help distribute 10,000 lbs. of food in the Oceana community! 

Volunteers Needed: 

Help us unload, sort, and distribute 10,000 lbs. of food to families in need in Shelby. Mobile food pantries help meet the community from where they are and provide nutritious and healthy ingredients for family nourishment. Volunteers help with the intake process of the families, help direct traffic, sort the trucks' goods, and help pack/distribute. The mobile food pantry will be open to the public beginning at 5 PM.

Volunteer Time Commitment: 4:30 - 6:30 PM

Dates: Friday, November 13, 2026

Location: Spitler Elementary School | 302 Johnson St. W., Hart, 49420
