Do you love photography?! Consider volunteering for the 25th Day of Caring as a photographer. We need someone at each veteran home to help us capture the amazing things our volunteers will be doing across the county.
For the 25th annual Day of Caring, United Way of the Lakeshore will host hundreds of volunteers to gather for a day of service in our community. This year’s project OPERATION UNITED wants to pay special tribute to those that have already served and don so much for our community, our Veterans. We will be conducting different projects for veterans including working on veteran homes that are in need of repair, improvement and landscaping. The date of this event is September 7th – 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
