 Date: Tuesday, November 11, 2025 Opportunity Description: BizTown is a hands-on learning experience where students take on real-world roles—running businesses, managing city hall, and discovering how a community works together. Volunteers serve as mentors and guides, helping students make connections between what they learn in school and how it applies to everyday life and future careers. No prior experience is needed! Volunteers receive a one-hour on-site training before students arrive that covers everything they’ll need to know for the day.Volunteer Schedule: Arrival Time: 8:45 a.m. (to get settled before training) Volunteer Training: 9:00 a.m. Program End: 1:45 p.m.Volunteer Responsibilities: Attend on-site training prior to the program start. Support a small group of students as they operate their businesses or city roles. Encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Help answer student questions and keep them on track throughout the day.Additional Information: Please bring a photo ID for check-in. Dress code: Comfortable, casual to business casual attire. Bring: A water bottle and a sack lunch or snack.
