Information Tent & Volunteer Check In:

Sign-In volunteers and direct them to their designated areaHand out volunteer t-shirtsInteract with and direct guests as neededAnswer questions about JCI Greater Muskegon

 

Domestic Beer Server:

Take tickets for domestic beer & wine salesOpen and serve beerCommunicate any needs/keg changes/etc. with team lead on siteVolunteers must be 21+ to serve alcohol

Craft Beer Server:

Take tickets for craft beer salesCheck for wristbandsPour BeerCommunicate any needs/keg changes/etc. with team lead on siteVolunteers must be 21+ to serve alcohol

Ticket Rover Volunteer:

Sell drink tickets throughout the park and near beverage areas.Communicate cash pick up and change needs with money runners.

Ticket Sales:

Sell drink tickets at 3rd or 4th street entrancesDirect guests around the parkVolunteers must be 18+This is a seated position

Ticket Sales:

Check IDs and wristband guestsEnsure guests are following posted rules and regulations (no outside food and beverage, no bicycles, no pets, etc.)This is a standing position

Trash & Clean Up Volunteer:

Walk the park regularly and pick up discarded trash, cups, empty cansChange out full trash bags and full can bagsTake full trash bags to dumpsterTake full can bags to Tyler Sales beverage truck

 

Water Sales:

Sell water & non-alcoholic beverages for ticketsDirect guests throughout the parkCheck ice at other beverage areasOther tasks as needed

Kid's Zone:

Monitor Kids ZoneRefill supplies as neededClean as neededMonitor face paint/balloon animal lineParents must remain with children

 

Cash Counter:

*Must be a current or exhausted member of JCI Greater Muskegon or approved by JCI Greater Muskegon  Cash Counter Volunteers will work in a pair to count and bundle cash received, make change as needed, and stay in communication with the committee chairperson as required.

Money Runner:

*Must be a current or exhausted member of JCI Greater Muskegon or approved by JCI Greater MuskegonPick up cash from ticket selling locations and ticket rovers and deliver to cash counters.Make change as needed

This position will have two people at all times

Tear Down & Clean Up Volunteer:

Take down tables and tentsChange garbage bagsTake down Kids ZoneCollect totes from stationsAssist clean-up team as neededPick up loose garbage as needed
