Our Virtual Impact Program connects volunteers from across the globe with students throughout Latin America, who attend our after-school Virtual English Academy on a full scholarship.

Together, volunteers and students bridge cultures digitally and inspire and empower each other to reach their potential.

Virtual English Academy

English Classes: Students engage in daily online English instruction with volunteers and staff, practicing immersive conversations, completing homework, and enhancing literacy through online resources. They also build essential technology skills to thrive in a digital world.

Enrichment: Students engage in daily online English or Spanish enrichment activities that foster critical thinking, academic growth, and life skills, while connecting with a supportive community. Through guest speakers, special events, and engaging activities, they stay motivated and inspired.

Life Prep: Advanced students pursue online college preparatory or vocational courses, prepare for English proficiency exams and TEFL certification, and develop leadership skills. They also gain real-world experience through mentorships, internships, and apprenticeships.

Giving Back: Older students give back by teaching English, leading enrichment activities, and supporting global volunteers online. They also contribute through special projects like recruitment, graphic design, communications, and development, advancing our mission.
