Muskegon Area Beautification Initiative

Mission: To enhance the beauty and vitality of Muskegon County’s US 31 Business Route corridors and city access points through collaborative efforts that create a lasting positive impact.

The Muskegon Beautification Initiative is a collective effort to transform neglected areas along the main corridors and city entry points of Muskegon County into spaces that reflect the beauty and vitality of our community. Partnering with public and private organizations, donors, and volunteers, we focus on creating an inviting, clean, and vibrant environment that fosters civic pride, encourages economic growth, and leaves a lasting legacy for future generations.

We work to improve and sustain the aesthetic appeal of key access points and corridors in the Greater Muskegon area. Our initiatives include beautifying neglected areas along Business 31 through landscaping, cleaning, and sustainable practices. By fostering partnerships and engaging volunteers, we create safe, welcoming spaces that enhance the community’s image, support economic development, and promote environmental sustainability. Through these efforts, we aim to inspire pride and a sense of belonging among residents and visitors alike.
