Muskegon County Land Bank Authority

Mission: To transform vacant, tax delinquent and abandoned property for the benefit of the surrounding property to improve the entire community.

The Muskegon Land Bank Authority was formed in 2007 to stabilize the area, give low income families the opportunity to be home owners and return the property to the tax rolls.

We take in tax foreclosed property and ensure it gets put to good use. All proceeds are kept in house and used for further community development.
