Here are some examples of volunteer opportunities you can participate along the Lakeshore this holiday season:
- Adopt A Working Family - West Michigan United Labor and United Way have partnered to offer a holiday program serving Lakeshore working families in need of a holiday blessing. Learn more about the program and consider adopting a local family at Adopt A Family For Christmas!.
- Arbor Circle - Community members can support Arbor Circle's foster family holiday party by joining their holiday giving program at Resource Sharing: Holiday Giving Program at Arbor Circle.
- Every Woman's Place - Assist Every Woman's Place with their Christmas Shoppe for Residential Survivors during December by organizing, decorating, wrapping gifts, or helping guests shop. - Mission for Area People (MAP) - MAP provides assistance and resources to our underserved population in Muskegon County, and you can help them serve our community this holiday season by filling their food pantry, volunteering, or helping with their Teen Town Christmas program.
