Opportunity Description:
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Boys & Girls Club of the Muskegon Lakeshore. The Club could not be successful without the dedication and support of community volunteers.
BGCML partners with youth and families throughout Muskegon County to provide programs and experiences that inspire all young people to reach their full potential. General interest volunteers support a variety of programs and activities that help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for youth.
Volunteer roles may vary based on current needs and volunteer interests and can include supporting programs, assisting staff, engaging with youth during activities, and helping with special events.
Volunteer Requirements:

Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older

Completion of a volunteer application

Background check required for volunteers age 18+ who work directly with children and youth

Completion of BGCML volunteer orientation and training
