Project Homeless Connect is an event coordinated by the Outreach Committee of the Muskegon County Homelessness Continuum of Care Network. Our goal is to connect homeless and at-risk individuals of Muskegon County to resources and local services by offering a resource fair with peer navigator assistance. This year in addition to our largest resource fair to date and a warm home-cooked meal, we will be hosting a 10,000 Mobile Food Distribution Truck that will be open to all members of the community. We are very proud to be partnering with the Department of Veteran Affairs to provide specialized and targeted services to Muskegon's Veteran population.
