Unload trailer parked on Fourth St. (lay fence down for easy access)
Set up all tables in park according to map provided in this packet.
Trash and Recycle bins as outlined in map ➔ Always set up recycle/trash bins next to each other (DO NOT PUT EXTRA CAN LINERS AT BOTTOM OF CANS)
Close the fence before 5:00 pm except for Third and Fourth Street entrances - wait for the band and vendors to get vehicles in and out. Do not tear down or remove any perimeter fence as this is a liquor-controlled area. Report to Hackley Park at 1 pm on June 6th to begin your volunteer session. We so appreciate you!
