Volunteer Role: Silent Auction Volunteer
Description: Support the silent auction by monitoring the auction area, straightening items as needed, and assisting guests with check-out. This role may require the use of a computer/tablet. Volunteers should be detail-oriented and comfortable interacting with guests.
Location: Trillium Event Center, 17246 Van Wagoner Rd, Spring Lake, MI
Date & Time: Thursday, October 9, 2025 | 3:30 PM – 9:15 PM
Training: On-site training begins at 3:30 PM.

Dress code: semi-formal (business casual, business formal, or semi-formal attire encouraged).

All volunteers must have a background check on file prior to the event. A confirmation email will be sent with a link to complete this step.
