Volunteer Role: Registration and Check-Out Volunteer
Description: Welcome guests by assisting with registration as they arrive and check-out as they leave. Maintain a neat and orderly registration area and provide courteous assistance throughout the process. Volunteers in this role should be comfortable using a computer/tablet and engaging with guests.
Location: Trillium Event Center, 17246 Van Wagoner Rd, Spring Lake, MI
Date & Time: Thursday, October 9, 2025 | 3:30 PM – 9:15 PM
Training: On-site training begins at 3:30 PM.

Dress code: semi-formal (business casual, business formal, or semi-formal attire encouraged).

All volunteers must have a background check on file prior to the event. A confirmation email will be sent with a link to complete this step.
