5:30 – Guest Arrival & Registration
Entrance Greeters (2–4 volunteers)
- Welcome & Direct guests to the registration table
- Doors open promptly at 6:00 PM
All guests must stop at registration to receive their wristbands.
Registration Table (2–4 volunteers)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with packet pick-up (alphabetized by last name or company)
- Distribute:
- Wristbands
- Raffle tickets
- Help guests put wristbands on
